Format
- One timed run on all four stages (extra Power Stage for all E-Bike categories
- All athletes to follow official start list (penalties will be given in accordance to State Series Technical Regulation - Enduro)
- All riders are requited be at the Start line with their chips 10 minutes PRIOR their official start time (allow extra time for collection)
- U 11 category will be given one shuttled lift to their first stage
- All riders are NOT allowed to use external assistance outside of designated Technical Assistance Zone (TAZ)
Course
The offical special stages that will be raced will be release the week prior to the Event. Currently the Mount Borah crew are working on these.
Friday 30th Aug
11:00 – 14:00 – Registration (Plate pickup at Event Centre - Big Tree).
12:00 – 16:00 – Prerace Practice.
• Mount Borah Trails open for practice. NO SELF SHUTTLES. Bookings via only Auscycling only.
o First aid will be on site at the event centre
• Final Course Marking and trail walk by Officials - Respect and take care.
Saturday 31st Aug
08:00 – 12:00 – Registration (Plate pickup at Event Centre - Big Tree).
09:00 – 16:00 – Official Practice.
• Mount Borah Trails open for practice. NO SELF SHUTTLES. Bookings vis Auscycling only.
• Official practice finishes 15:30. Last Shuttle Departure.
• Trails officially Closed 16:00.
• Trail Sweep 16:15.
Sunday 1st Sep
07:30 – 08:30 – Registration (Plate pickup at event Centre - Big Tree).
08:00 – Marshal Briefing and departure to positions.
08:30 – Mandatory Rider Briefing.
09:00 – 14:30 Official Racing (NO OTHER RIDING ON TRAILS).
• Collect Transponder 30mins prior to allocated start time.
• First Group of Riders on Mountain, start liaison to Stage 1 - 09:00.
• Approximate time for last rider to finish course 14:30.
• Trail Sweep 14:15
• Presentation 30 minutes after last rider finishes.
Race Fee Refunds:
Please note: We unable to offer credits or transfers under any circumstance.
We can only offer refunds and registration transfers to another rider; in the event you are unable to attend.
All refund requests must be made via email prior to the scheduled refund cut-off dates as outlined below.
